OUR SERVICES Normally, we are employed by Sellers of property on a contingency basis to market their property to prospective Customers. We are engaged in this business FULL TIME; we do not sell Avon Products, nor do we milk cows, nor drive school buses, nor work in the woods. To be of service, we feel we must be available when needed, and we are! Though we are paid by our Sellers, this can only occur if we are successful in locating the property that fits a Customers' needs. We PLEDGE to, our valued Customers the. following: HONEST TREATMENT, DISCLOSURE of all known facts about property, and Professional CUSTOMER SERVICE. With this pledge, we ask that you work through our Firm to locate the property you desire. Our joint efforts should result in positive productive results with a minimum amount of time and effort. On our own Listings, we always represent the Sellers. But, on any other property, we can represent you as the Buyer, or the other Listing Broker. We have a Certified Buyer Representative on our Staff and, if, after getting to know us, and we get to know you, you may be interested in having us serve as your BUYER BROKER. If this is of interest to you, then we'd ask you to call and discuss this possibility before you proceed too far in your search for property. We also provide a CONSULTING SERVICE for Sellers who are preparing to put their property on the Market, and will provide a free MARKET ANALYSIS for you to understand the current value of your property in today's market BEFORE you put it on the Market. And if you are already engaged in selling it yourselves, but desire assistance in overcoming the hurdles involved in arriving at a satisfactory closing, we can counsel you.
