Our business is primarily the brokerage of REAL ESTATE in the very North East Comer of Vermont, wedged between the Canadian Border to the North and the New Hampshire State Line to our East. This area is affectionately known as THE NORTHEAST KINGDOM by most everyone who was born here, come to vacation, or those, like ourselves, who came for vacations and then decided to stay. While this is still primarily an agricultural and forest products area, it offers an abundance of recreational activities which include three major Downhill Skiing areas, dozens of Lakes- and Ponds- for Fishing and Water Sports, massive woodland areas for Hunting and Hiking or Camping, and much is in the Public Sector. Although there are exceptions, the following territory map shows the area in which we feel most confident operating.
Helping people to either Buy or Sell different kinds of real estate in this area is the nature of our business. We believe that our Real Estate offerings are located in the best place in the whole world..........Vermont, and the NorthEast Kingdom in particular, remains one of the Healthiest and most Crime Free places in the United States. With its low population density, reasonable property values, and wealth of recreational opportunities, we feel this place continues to be one of the most well kept secrets in North America!
